Trail riding is a wonderful way to take in the beauty of nature. Fair Hill has over 80 miles of trails that wander through woods and rolling fields. Our horses are experienced and dependable, our guides friendly and knowledgeable. Come ride with us and discover the relaxation of life on the trail.
Types of Trail Rides
Beginner Rides
Great for beginners or those who have never ridden before. Bring the whole family to enjoy a fun and relaxing get together while taking in the beauty of Fair Hill. This is a walk trail only in order to get the most inexperienced comfortable in the saddle!
Intermediate Trail Rides
For individuals with some experience riding horses, we offer a walk/trot trail that allows riders comfortable with those gates to enjoy a faster pace
Advance Trail Rides
We offer a walk/trot/canter trail for those who have been riding for some time and are very comfortable in the saddle.
Group Trails
Plan a trail ride for your group or organization for a fun and different way to bond! We are able to accommediate up to 10 people on one trail. Have more that want to attend? Reserve up to 4 trail ride times and allow everyone to experience the thrill of horseback riding.

Trail times are subject to availablity so it is best to call ASAP.
A 50% deposit is required for all trails of five or more people. Payment should be made after the reservation has been confirmed and no later than two days prior to your ride. Should your ride be canceled due to weather or footing conditions and the ride is not rescheduled, a full refund of your deposit will be given.

Riding Attire
- ASTM F1163-04a/SEI Certified Proper Riding Helmets are provided on site. You may bring your own. Bike helmets and other none horse riding certified helmets are not permitted.
- Long pants, preferably jeans are required. No shorts or dresses/skirts.
- Closed toe and fully enclosed shoes are required preferrably with a heel less than 1 inch. Sneakers are allowed. Sandles or flip flops are not allowed in the barn for safety reasons.
For intermediate and advance trails, riders must demonstrate:
- proper riding position
- maintain good balance
- control over their horse at all times
When booking your trail time, please specify your:
- First and last name
- Telephone number
- Height
- Weight
- Riding ability
- Total number of people in your party (as well as their name, height, weight and riding ability.)
